@Foil1212: Riker wants to settle down, but something always goes wrong, leaving him trying to 'settle down' with a new chick the next week. I think it's part of his game plan.
It has to be Kirk, he gets a new girl (or thereabouts) every episode or two. Riker dosent go after girls nearly as often plus after a while he starts only going after Troi and ends up marrying her. Although secretly its Picard, he gets a lot of attention and keeps it down low ;)
Picard has some game. It was hinted that he was shluping Dr. Crusher at one time, and he did go "open shirt" with space tomb raider Vash. Riker has no game. It took him all those years to finally get Troi, and he plays a trombone. When was the last time you ever heard of a trombonist having game? Okay, Tommy Dorsey had game but that's the only one. The way I see it is if you can boff a green woman then go out and blast a Gorn with a homemade mortar and not have any regrets, you got game.
Kirk hands down. The man was a beast. Not even Riker could touch his track record. But by the end of just the first season of Star Trek William Shatner was really bored of his character always getting the girl.
Shatner seems to of had a more real world sex appeal as a person when the original series came around that he then injected into the part he was playing, and Johnathon Frakes just isn't the sex appeal type, I mean yeah he's tall but he just dosn't have the right attitude to be a ladies man and because of that he isn't able to convey this when he's playing William Riker. He just can't pull it off without looking really stiff and ham fisted.
Not to say that Shatner isn't also another ham fisted actor, but he acts his role better because his role character has similar characteristics as him.
