Does anyone know how the ranking/experience system works with the multiplayer?  I have only seen 1, 2, and 3 arrows and then the gold arrows ... I don't even know if there are symbols in between the 3 and the gold ones ...

You and everybody else. Someone did tell me it looks at all your stats to determine the rank, but I still don't get it.

No idea how its judged, nor what it can unlock.

Maybe as you level up towards General you'll be able to start off with different weapons.

It would be kinda cool yet completely unfair for those leveled that high to be able to start off with a Longshot, or Boomshot while the rest of us have lancers and hammerbursts.

haha I don't know about that but I think the little icons are cool
