It's fast paced, over the top third person action, that takes some skill to be good online (Not just shotgun and chainsaw).

If you are able to provide clear and logical answers that reflect a positive attitude, then by all means, create the thread. If not, please reconsider creating your thread and tweak it as need be so as not to violate the positive nature that we as human beings try to promote on these forums.

I only like the Gears multi player, and don't really care for its single player. I finished Gears 2, but only got part way through Gears 1.

I was just wondering why everyone I know seems to be flipping their shit over Gears when there are plenty of faster, more accuracy based shooters like Halo and Call of Duty on store shelves nation wide. I want to play video games with my friends but I don't want to go spend $60 on a bad game, they seem to be into ironic shit maybe this is just a joke.

This is the reason why I fell in love with the first Gears of War and the reason why I play the rest of them. This is in my opinion the best video game commercial ever made.
