    After the cult success of their 8-bit Master System, Sega decided to give gamers a taste of their arcade capabilities with a 16-bit console. Known worldwide as the Mega Drive but called Genesis in the US, it provided graphics and sound a couple of steps below their popular System 16 arcade cabinets. The Mega Drive/Genesis turned out to be Sega's most successful console.

    I really hope some of these make a return, I am pretty sure EA are working on the next Road Rash for 360 and PS3 so that's cool. Will Strider follow suit with Bionic Commando and make a return, I hope so, I think the game could be equally awesome if brought to life today.

    I liked Sonic Spinball a ton, but the Genesis was a little before me.

    I have a ton of VC games but surprisingly have very few from that list of games in that collection. I'm glad I did not part with my Wii points now. I may get it, if it remains to be cheap when it arrives here.  This "enhanced for HD thing" is a complete joke though.
