I think the Japanese servers actually had them up for a bit before we did. I checked with theirs and it was there, and at the time, it wasn't up for us. I don't know how long it was up for on them before us though.

Unlocked all levels, seems like I wasted my money on the original now >.< this is such a huge expansion on the original game's concept.

Fucking awesome. Only way to describe this game.

It amazing how much better the game actually looks. The music pretty in tune to what you are doing.  The menus are really slick showing the friends list leaderboard right in the game mode screen.  I'm surprised at how much better it is, and 10 dollars I think is worth it, there is quite a bit of stuff in the game.

Actually having 3D models and a few more effects really freshens it up, and Geoms are still great fun.

I'm loving the music as well.

I wasn't sure how they could improve on the look of the game to make it look even better than the original, but I was wrong, the game looks so much prettier than the original. I like the variety offered by the new modes, I only wish there was some kind of online element to the game.

This is the best value on arcade. i love it. I thought after Star Dust HD i'd be done with duel stick shoot em's... I was wrong.

Is it worth it though? I played the trial, got my highest score of 4,335,000 and was astounded by how easier this one is when compared to the original.

Its no easier, but the score goes up much quicker because multipliers work differently. Each time you collect a green orb your multiplier goes up 1 and each enemy spits out sometimes several green orbs. So its on a whole different playing field when it comes to the score, but the actual game play is just as challenging, if not more.

I found it harder. That is, I can get a way higher score, but I die faster. The clone ships from the old one are harder to kill now and I don't know what those glob things are but I can't seem to kill them
