Hey guys, Rockstar released more artwork for GTA V today.

It's nice and all, but the 'new artwork smell' has worn off now and I'm only interested in something to do with raw gameplay. Character trailers, activity listings, car/weapon showcases -- something, please! I'm fuckin' dying over here!

Is this supposed to be the same guy/shirt/bike/misc?

When they have shown screenshots ... why show concept art? Isn't that backwards? I mean the art is nice, but ... TO HELL WITH IT ALL.

Could Rockstar make an open world game that looks like that art, you know, cell shaded? I'd like that.

@jay_ray: I would too. I used to think I liked how Borderlands 2 looked. I don't anymore. In fact it makes me tired for some reason. Not sure. Maybe that type of graphics is harder to process; or perhaps I'm retarded; that's an equally sound explanation. Either way: Maybe, If the art was perhaps a little more detailed than what we see in Borderlands 2, without 'too' bold outlines.

I'm looking forward to the game.

I can only hope someday though we see a return to Vice City. The 80's nostalgia for me is still what puts that game on top in my mind.

I hope not, I love how Rockstar doesn't release gameplay videos, it's one of the few developers that actually save you some wonder when you pop the game in and start traveling around their worlds.

Yep. That looks like some Grand Theft Auto art alright... how about some more concrete details Rockstar?
