    For some reason, the skull on Citadel is not appearing for me. I only got ODST today and I'm excited to be able to finally own the complete Halo 3 collection, even if it'll probably be killed by Reach. Still, I cannot find this skull. I've went through every YouTube video and followed them all. And yet this skull still eludes me. Could someone do me a massive favor and give me some more tips or a better video? I really need this.. :(
