Holy crap, I just got my Halo movie! I am more impressed then I expected to be, the production values are great and I can't wait to see an Elite in live action, the initial reaction to the Covenant from the main Characters is something I really am looking forward to. Also this all seems so grounded in the Halo lore, it is clear that they used the books as a reference for a lot of this stuff.

Two things:

1) This is serious? They're making an actual Halo movie!?

2) That girl looks like the one that was in the Narnia movies...

Looks cheesy as hell, but still impressive for a web-series. Master Chief gave me goosebumps, makes me hopeful for what a full hundred million dollar Halo feature film could be.

This looks like it could potentially be super rad.

Damn I wish the Neill Blomkamp movie hadn't fallen through. District 9 was awesome but I really wanted to see what he did with Halo.

It looks alright, for a web series anyway. Master Chief armor does look pretty cool, but I wanted a full feature length Halo movie directed by Neill Blomkap instead of this.

Yeah, it does look corny.

@CouncilorChief: The only part of the voice acting that rubbed me the wrong way was when Chief said "Come with me, I am your best change for survival.".

I'm cautiously optimistic. The production values look good but a few parts of the trailer gives me the impression that a good portion of this is going to be really corny.

My expectations for this web series dropped when I find out it's directed by the director of Sorority Row. The trailer looked extremely cheesy to start.

Halo obviously paid homage to it along with Aliens. Maybe the web series is intentionally corny because its satirical. Or I'm just trying to desperately keep my hopes up. :(
