I mean seriously, i had no clue this was coming out TODAY.

So of course i ran to my PC and promptly downloaded it. I got to say not bad, pleasantly surprised.

It's no Halo Was, its a tad fast paced and the mouse and keyboard controls get a bit getting used to. But man, the music is way better than anything i heard in Halo 4, Halo 3 weapon sounds, in game "cinematics", a story

Surprising, to be honest I thought the game would be bad, but from your post it sounds ok.

Halo 4 had amazing music.

Good thing they put so much effort into a game noone is going to play.

You're right, I forgot about this.

But my reaction to it is just "Huh". That's it. I may play it someday but I don't feel a pressing need to.

On topic i dont have those platforms so I cant really get it anytime soon (im hoping it gets to xbla at least eventually) but im surprised its getting some praise, may have to look at it when its viable for me to play

Yeah, when you have a shotgun that mouse movement is the best.

It's not bad, pretty fun, though it does feel like it's missing content. But this game having better music than Halo 4?! What?

Looks like a game I'd love to play on my Xbox. Oh well.

Has anyone tried this on a phone yet? It's weird that there seems to be no trial version available.

If it comes to Steam I'll probably try it. Not gonna go and buy Windows 8 for a Halo game.

Somehow looking at those screenshot makes me want a 'Sid Meier's Halo'.

I have a Lumia 920 and the lack of trial and price really put me off. I don't mind paying more if it's a quality game but it's actually more expensive than the PC version and I want to be able to see what it's like first. It's rather odd that there's no trial as all Xbox games must have a trial but I guess it's ok for MS to break their own rules?

I may get this on PC though once they patch in controller support.

Yeah I've got the same phone and thought that there was a rule that all Xbox games must offer trials. Oh well, I guess I'll just wait for a 360 version or pick it up if and when I upgrade to Windows 8.
