Do you miss Open Wheeled Racing expert The Ricker?

Cause I sure do. One appearance on the now defunct NintenDownload X-press just wasn't enough. Unfortunately both The Rickers podcast appearances and the X-press were to be short lived (I still think Ryan is to blame). But now friends, there is a place to get a little more Ricker. He's not in character but its still him and he's still hilarious.

Jeffs blip.me pagefor people who aren't following him on twitter of have never checked it out.

You're welcome friends.

Rick,"The Ricker" Peterson will never be forgotten, his contributions to the open wheel racing scene will endure. Hopefully we can get him back on the bombcast some day.

Does anyone know who he actually is in relation to Jeff? Is he just a friend or something?

@Mikemcn: I think someone said they lived together.

@Mikemcn: I believe he's the "asshole roommate" Jeff will occasionally mention.

Yeah pretty sure he's his roomie. I would agree, we need more Ricker. The people demand it.

His best appearance is on the Suburban All Stars classic track "In the Can".

Hadn't heard that until tonight. That's gonna be my wedding song.

Fun fact: the "Ricker" once made an appearance in an episode of On the Spot. Interestingly, it was the very same episode in which Jeff coined the phrase "Anime is for jerks."

And in case any of you kids haven't realized yet, Jeff hates being quoted on that.

@Catarrhal: That episode is even more notable (in my opinion) for being the "Rich is away, let's burn this mother down" with a bubble machine and swag giveaways. A freaking muffler...? Truly a classic. (Hey, remember TV.com?)

I really didn't think the ricker wa s a person. I replayed that ndx episode 2-3 times trying to figure out which whiskey guy was putting on a strange voice. I'm not sure if i am happy or sad with this information.

Rickers must come back. Because Gotham needs him.
