I know many people like jumping out of planes, but i love driving a car of a cliff and seeing the spinning, flying car crashing through trees.

rigging explosive onto a jeep, driving that jeep into  a gas station, parachuting out of the jeep just before it hits and triggering the explosive charge just before it smashes into the gas tanks.  It makes for a HELLUVA bang

I just like trying to drive really fast cross-country or through the jungle...  a lot harder than it should be, with how the vehicles handle, but randomly hitting jumps and getting stunt points is awesome!

Rigging explosives on a passenger jet.  Flying it straight down into a crowded area, jumping from the plane and then exploding it just before it hits the ground.  The AoE is HUGE.

I like to dual hook my car and a random pedestrian car together and then drive off a cliff so it's spinning and flying around like some sort of yo-yo haha.

Was getting chased by 3 jeeps, so I jumped onto the roof of one, planted explosives, then jumped onto the first one again.  I tethered the rigged jeep to the ground next to it, so it got yanked and whipped around to slam into the last jeep.  Right before it hit I detonated the explosive.  Flaming wrecking ball FTW.

the best thing is driving down the road in a motorcycle, finding another motorcycle, stunt jumping onto that one. The other one doesn't stop though, so you can hop between the 2 for as long as you have enough road. it owns

Grappling vehicles to those big passenger jets as they take off. The planes pass over the mountains letting you launch a bus into the side of a mountain and have it flip all over the place

Off-roading is way fun even though it's hard to control. Especially taking "shortcuts" through the jungle or desert.

The one where you blow shit up!

Dragging cars along the highways with Helicopters is pretty fun. Or sticking chasing cars to the side of the road with the grappling hook is pretty funny.
