If you recall, there was a story a while back that the camera in Natal had be dumbed down a bit in order to make it cheaper. Well, we’ve been told by our source that Microsoft replaced that bit with tilt, that is controlled by a motor on the base – which has be known for a bit now. 

So no motor in the cheap one?

So this E3 will be about Microsoft killing natal.  Now I wnat to know what Sony plans to do with move.

I don't really buy this. Microsoft is definitely not stupid enough to do this and I'm jut gonna chalk this up to speculation.

A plausible theory I saw on gaf was that one version will have have the chip contained within and be more expensive, while the new 360 has that already bulit in and so it only needs a stripped down, cheaper version.

I could see a 360 arcade bundle w/ Kinetic coming to a total of $189. 
The timing feels right for another price drop. An arcade unit for around $149, new design for $249 each being $40-$50 more expensive with a Kinetic included.

• New more powerful 360 slim with chipless Natal.

 I'm not sure if it creates lag if some of the processing is done externally as opposed to all together in the console, but to my ignorant mind both configurations should produce similar results. I suppose an issue with that though is how to advise consumers which version they need so they won't waste money.  "

360 Slim + Kinect has to be around $300. No way they are adding a 250gb hdd and wifi while being priced around $200.

As usual, Microsoft dividing their user base with overpriced peripherals.  I wouldn't be surprised if they lowered the price on the 360 itself for those curious about the technology.
