    Nope. Close it and restart. Downloaded it in 30 seconds....

    I had the same problem. Everytime I closed it and waited about 20-30 seconds, the download speed will jump up to a normal rate. When it fell back down again, I would just close it and re-open. Still took longer than it usually does, but I got it done.
