    So I am new to LoL. What does the enhanced movement on the boots mean? In contrast to the speed enhancement on like "Zeal"? How do they stack?

    It's called Enhanced Movement because it's unique and cannot stack with other boots (If you have more than one pair of boots, only the one with highest Enhancement will be taken into consideration). Other speed enhancements however do stack, and are applied after the base value (Normal speed + Boots + Certain skills like Singed's Ultimate, Miss Fortune's Passive, etc.).

    Move speed is a stat that you can increase like HP, Attack Damage, etc. The boots add some number (depending on the boot) to your character's base movement speed stat.

    Zeal then increases the overall value by whatever percentage.
