    LEGO Rock Band is a family-friendly take on the Rock Band formula, with new songs aimed at audiences of all ages. While the game will play similarly to other Rock Band games, it will feature LEGO characters, instruments, and venues.

    Either the wiki was out-of-date, or Wired revealed a bunch of tracks for LEGO Rock Band today: 
     

      David Bowie - "Fame"
      Elton John - "Crocodile Rock"
      Iggy Pop - "The Passenger"
      Kaiser Chiefs - "Ruby"
      The Police - "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic"
      Queen - "We Will Rock You"
      Queen - "We Are The Champions"
      T. Rex - "Ride A White Swan"
      Tom Petty - "Free Fallin'"
     
    That's not a bad list at all.  Since these are exportable to RB2 (also announced today), LRB might be worth a purchase on the cheap.
