It was sort of in the rules that you can discuss illegal drugs to an extent. Meaning, if you get too specific (ie: how many joints in a dime bag) then the topic is likely to get locked. There have been discussions on the pros and cons of legalizing drugs before and I think that's plenty about illegal drugs for these forums.

I think they locked it because... well... it's a dumbass question that you asked.
