This sort of thing is nothing new. It's cool that most of the games developed in these super short timespans end up being more rewarding to me than the average 60$ retail release
@MrXD: He created it as part of Ludum Dare, a 48-hour game creation competition. He has competed in it at least once prior to this in which he made a puzzle platformer where you played as a guy with a that shot out little guys. It was very fun as well.
Lol yeah. I believe that was part of a 48 hr coding contest where you release your source code at the end. It's a neat little game. I've been trying to code a game using the same libraries. It's been a few weeks, and I'm still not anywhere near complete.
