He is literally a human torch (he is on fire) and is featured in a number of games based on Marvel properties. He was portrayed by Chris Evans and Michael B. Jordan in films based on the Fantastic Four.
Johnny Ohm was a criminal formerly on death row, who survived the electric chair. Niles Van Roekel turned him into an Imperfect by giving him the power to manipulate and generate electricity.
The leader of the Brotherhood of Mutants, Magneto has the power to control metal with his personal magnetic field. This generally has disastrous consequences as he believes that Mutants are superior to normal Humans and therefore, the Human race is expendable if it helps the Mutant cause.
Niles Van Roekel is the primary antagonist of Marvel Nemesis: Rise Of The Imperfects. He created the Imperfects in the quest to create a perfect fighter to save his home planet.

His whole entire skeleton and claws are made of the virtually indestructible metal Adamantium.
