Just realized that you have to pay Bioware EACH time you activate the Cerberus Network - that or I'm missing something.  
 
See I unchecked the "auto-sign-in" for EA Accounts - When I sign back in, my Cerberus computer isn't open - when I press "Connect" it only gives me the option to Redeem a Code (Which I already used up) or Purchase Access. 

 I never had that problem, when I loaded up Mass Effect 2 (a total of about six times) it auto logged in with issue and showed me the news and has not charged me either im points or to my bank account. I think you have an issue you need to contact Bioware/Microsoft about.

No problems for me, will it let you re-enter the code on the card you got?

No code re-entry, shouldn't my Cerberus Network thing just be hooked to my EA Online account? 

After I used my code to get Zaeed and Normandy Crash Site, I was prompted to sign in to access it. I thought I would have to pay again but I didn't. Now it connects everytime I go to the main menu.
