• Multiple Endings and Events can pan out differently.
• Dialogue options.
• Interesting characters.
• Romancable characters.
• Its an RPG!
• Side missions are said to be interesting and could extend the game, maybe even get some DLC out during the run.

• We all won't have the context, Persona 4 wasn't a direct sequel, ME2 is.
• Maybe too short. I don't imagine Mass Effect 2 will be 100 hours.
• It's not crazy and Japanese, part of what made persona 4 so good was its crazy Japanese nature and funny localisation.
• Theres no funky student, ghoul or bufu.
• It will make too much sense.
• Mass Effect 2 will be popular, Obscure titles would be better as we would not have ruined alot of the story ourselves by playing the game.
  

Absolutely not; they shouldn't pick a really popular game.  I didn't mind P4, because I probably wasn't going to play it, but I plan on getting ME2.

I like it. I wouldn't watch it until I had finished the game myself, but it's probably one of the better candidates in a while. Except it's massively effective popularity.

I'd prefer to play the game myself. Of course, I'd watch an ME2 Endurance Run, but I don't think it could possibly come anywhere near the original ER.

I would like that. But it would be very different from P4. It would definitely be more of an endurance run than P4. Especially if Jeff is playing it. "

There are a lot of things necessary for a good Endurance Run game -- ME2 will lack the necessary length, relative obscurity, and unique humor that made P4 so perfect for ER.

No, I really don't want a Mass Effect 2 Endurance Run. When they did the Persona 4 Endurance Run, part of what made it work so well was that the game was somewhat obscure and very few people who watched had played or were planning to play the game. Mass Effect 2 is a game a lot of us will have already played or be planning to play and there's not going to be a large number of people who want to slog through hours of footage of a game they've already finished.  Another part of what made the Persona 4 Endurance Run work were the unique elements of Persona 4 which suited the format so well and as good as Mass Effect 2 may be it just won't work in the same way.

nope, everyone with a 360 will have played the game themselves and those without a 360 probably havn't played the first ME game and therefore won't get the story

No, everyone will be playing it themselves, and to be honest I think it would be quite hard to make it interesting (by interesting I mean funny).

This is a bad idea.  I plan to play it several times, so I don't want anything spoiled by an Endurance Run.  The next "ER" should be something that many of us might not take the time to play.  The Yakuza 3 suggestion above was more in line with what the next game should be.  Plus, they'll be playing Mass Effect 2 for review and discussion, so playing it over weeks and weeks is not really an option.

I think I actually like this idea. Maybe. It's really the only suggestion I have actually thought has some potential to make a good ER.

If the GB grew decided to do another ER, it would most likely be a game they want to play but would have no time to otherwise: the reasoning for the initial ER. If anyone knows what would make a good ER, it would be the GB crew themselves. Plus the choice of game would be a nice surprise I think.
 
As excited as I would be for a new ER, one is not going to appear until they are ready.
