    when Jeff said in this week's podcast that the ending Bioware built was created to facilitate DLC, what does he mean by that? The ending is pretty final and leaves the universe Shepard-less. Or is he talking about the one where you kill the reapers and wake up in the rubble in London? If its the second one, does Jeff now agree with the theory that the ending was a dream?

    I think he means the point where it drops you back into the game pre-final missions and says "Thanks for playing, look for more content in the future." That way you don't have to start a new game and play through it again to access the later released DLC.

    By making it so that the events are a story told by an old man, he can tell as many 'tales' as they need DLC.
