Mobile Suit Gundam: Gundam vs. Gundam Next Plus is the PSP port of the arcade game Gundam vs. Gundam Next, the seventh iteration of the " Gundam vs" series of games. It includes several new mobile suits, and adds the new NEXT Plus mode.

NEXT PLUS Mode

NEXT PLUS mode is a mission mode similar to the modes included in the home releases of Federation vs. Zeon, Rengou vs. ZAFT (Portable) and Rengou vs. ZAFT II. The player chooses a team of four MS, then completes various missions. These missions yield EXP, which the player can use to upgrade their MS. Several exclusive mobile suits have been confirmed to appear in this mode, such as the Zaku II, Jegan, Rezun Custom Geara Doga, and Graham Custom Union Flag, but it is currently unknown if they will be unlocked for player use.
