A video went up on the Inside Xbox part of the 360 today from the UK Official Xbox 360 Magazine, with some of MW2's developers talking about the game. I was watching and all of a sudden noticed Brad and Drew standing in the background of one of the shots. They talk for a while before Drew eventually picks up a camera and you see them begin shooting something. 
 
I dunno if this should be here or in the Off-Topic part, but it was pretty funny to see and you should check it out if you can. I was too busy watching them to even pay attention to what the guy was saying, haha.

It's hard not to notice Brad and Drew. Is that video up on GB? The one GB recorded that is.

These are the only ones I can find on the Interwebs atm, and you can just see brad and drew in the second one if you look hard. So I'm guessing these aren't the right ones?
