Didn't play online much, although I enjoyed it when I did.  I would like to see silenced snipers, the removal of the kill cam for snipers, the return of Captain Price(with his awesome mustache of course) and bigger mulitiered maps with a larger player cap.

Yeah, but it's not 'Future Warfare 2'. Since it is Modern Warfare I'd like to see some angle on the asymmetrical warfare taking place right now in Afghanistan/Iraq/Chechnya/Sri Lanka etc.

The Battlefield 2 MOD 'Project Reality' has already proven successful in this respect and I'd love to see what IW could do in the same manner.

Also, make a hardcore mode that's really hardcore. No last stand nonsense. Perhaps some decent ballistics wouldn't go amiss either.

This game is going to be amazing...

If they have 48 player support  the multiplayer will be the best ever.
 
If they make a long, but thrilling single player, then this could contend with Starcraft II for my Most anticipated game of 2009.... Infinity Ward owns either way.

I want to make sure that we can have open maps and mroe creek maps for snipeing and make sure that there is no cage match cause that destroys the perpose of chalges for blue tiger and red tiger and gold

Customizable online character, XP in single player, and offline coop plz

I like msot of the ideas, customizable character is a good one.  But a few I have to vote down are:
Vehicles - NO
No cam - NO
Silent Snipers - NO
Large Multiplayer count - NO

They don't need vehicles and they ruin balance, spacing and pacing.  As for no cammed silenced snipers, ummm absolutely not, I already can't stand playing sabotage when i am the only player willing to pick up the bomb.  I like a contained player count too.  Huge numbers and you lose the rivalry/revenge factor, people begin to seem like bots, and you don't really see everyone anyway.  I will say they need to keep up the level design, its what made COD4, I cant stand Chinatown in there, shows how much better the new maps are.

coop or more customization options is a no brainer for me

this is good news,  that devs are taking steps to satisfy us.

I think it would be pretty cool to allow weapons 2 attachments, but make there be a lot of them. Also make it so you can have more than one Perk per slot, like 2 of each or something. Also, make Perks for kill streaks so you can choose what you're rewarded with.  Like if you wanted dogs or a helicopter after 7 kills. Just little things to make it extremely varied.

Also a Flamethrower attachment would be great.

Oh yea, SLIT SCREEN ONLINE!!!! I have real friends that come to my house and we're tired of taking turns and having to switch profiles each game... so annoying. Co-op too of course.

i think if theres dogs they should have the cod 4 style attack because the cod Waw dogs r stupid
