    Murder

    Concept »

Murder is the act of ending the life of another living thing against its will without the sanction of a higher governmental authority, such as the casualties that result from acts of war. It is generally intentional, at least in a legal meaning, but not necessarily.

    We need separation.

There are some games on this list that definitely should not be there. Halo? Team Fortress 2? Call of Duty? Every single person who dies in those games dies at the hands or weapons of an enemy combatant in a war scenario. Whatever your personal beliefs, the majority of the world considers someone killing an enemy soldier a very different thing than murder.  Consider the GTA series: you go out and kill someone with an unlicenced firearm, and then are more often than not chased by the police. That is murder. Let's try not to just throw every videogame ever where you could kill someone in here.
