    Overview

    NASCAR 2001 was released on the PlayStation on September 19, 2000 and the PlayStation 2 on November 7, 2000. NASCAR 2001 was the first NASCAR game from EA Sports to appear on the PlayStation 2 and the fourth game in EA's NASCAR series.
