The New Xbox Experience, or NXE, overhauled the Xbox 360's dashboard, released on November 19th, 2008. A new "Metro" dashboard was released on December 6th, 2011.
Premium Themes Unveiled!
Huh I thought that there would be more interest in these, nevermind.
This is probably very simple and just exposes me as a Luddite; but how do you actually change the theme now?

Screw buying themes. If they aren't free, then I don't care about them. It's stupid that you have to pay in order to make your Xbox dashboard look like your favorite game, and especially when they aren't much more than basic Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro elements. With the Premium ones, I'm sure a bit more goes into them, but for 250 points? FUCK THAT!!! I could put those points towards something far more worthwhile, like:
