Started this topic asking the question, but found my answer. Indeed, there is! Nintendo will release information on downloadable titles each Thursday, prior to their release. You can find those releases here:

Looks like this week is Donkey Kong '94, which was perhaps one of the BEST OG Gameboy games! (Also a bunch of other garbage)
