Nintendo have announced it's plans to release a new Zelda themed Limited Edition 3DS to commemorate the series 25th anniversary.

It's to be released in Europe on the 25th of November. No word on a North American release, but I imagine Nintendo of America will announce something soon. Want.

The perfect time to get a 3DS with such great bundles coming out in Europe, along with Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3D Land.

I certainly wish I had waited till this was released.

Sadly I already own a 3DS and have little use for it. Nintendo has burned me out on Zelda with the transition to 3D (I prefer 2D Zelda, don't judge me). And yet I want this 3DS... What is wrong with my brain?

Looks great, but as others have said it's much less appealing with a redesign on the horizon.

That is really cool, too bad I have a black 3DS or I would get that one.

It does have one thing that annoys me though, while playing it the Triforce will be upside down. I don't know why that bothers me, but it does.

Looks pretty sweet but I'm not a zelda fan.....and I'm guessing that's going to retail for a lot of money.

I am not buying one - but this edition is so tempting. I must show willpower. I don't play my DS or PSP and you just know a redesign is in the offing.
