If games cost $70 for the next generation of consoles, would you buy less of them?

The price of console games has already turned me to PC gaming and even then, I almost solely buy things through sales, with a few exceptions.The Wii U is the only next gen console I have any interest in and $70 games would pretty much put an end to even that.

I was about to bitch about the fact it's another cartoony looking fantasy MMO, but I actually really like how this looks.Amalur was boring as sin though, so I really don't think I could play an MMO set in that universe, especially if this is going to be nothing more than another WoW clone.

I don't see the point of giving them viewing numbers, if they aren't doing it right. If people watch it, it'll only show them that people do want this crap and it'll continue with nothing but Bleach or whatever. Then when the viewership dies after a matter of weeks, it proves it was a bad idea and it'll never have a chance of a proper come back, ever.

Tony Hawk 2, but mainly because that's the one I spent the most time with. By the time 3 rolled around, I was already pretty burnt out on the series and just didn't care much. I did sort of get back into it with THUG though, before the sequel completely killed the franchise.

Anyone know if the game will have a respec option?

It allows you to respec up to level 10, after that, anything you choose is set in stone and that's pretty typical for these games. Which is one reason I absolutely appreciate Diablo 3's more free form skill system.Although there will no doubt be mods that allow you to respec, if you don't mind "cheating".

No PS4 or 360 2, they clearly aren't coming this year and it would undermine their current stuff too much. Sony will focus on the Vita and cross platform play, where as Microsoft will still try and push Kinect and their media stuff. Maybe they'll surprise us, but I think Microsoft's conference is going to be a barren wasteland. Halo 4 and a predictable GTA V exclusive will be the ...

Reviews seem to be all over the place, which I guess is to be expected, after the reaction from the demo.Personally, I enjoyed it a lot though, so I'll be buying it eventually, regardless of scores. I certainly don't put much weight behind what Gametrailers thinks.

I enjoyed the demo a lot, although I think if they had shown off more of the exploration/city/RPG stuff, people would have been more interested.I won't be pre-ordering or buying on release though, I just have no money to spare for games at the moment. I could also see Capcom milking it to Monster Hunter/Street Fighter proportions.
