I remember it was some 3 day thing to tell us the Price point of the 3DS and the launch titles for the US. I know it was towards the end of Jan or beginning of Feb.

The Nintendo NA thingy is this Wed.  There is also supposed to be a special announcement there as well.

There's a European event on Wednesday and the US one is later in the day. 
But both are on the 19th.

The European event is in Amsterdam and takes place at 3pm CET (Central European Time). The North American event is in New York at 9am EST. Given the time difference of 6 hours they're taking place at the same time, which means the news should be coming from all directions.  
 
I haven't read anything about a live stream of the North American event, but the European event is being live streamed at  http://live.nintendo3ds.nintendo-europe.com/ 

Wednesday? Hey that's tomorrow. I would love to think Ocarina of Time would be a launch title... but I know it won't be.
