did you purchase the DSi or are you content with the system you have now?

I got the DSi and love it.

I have the DS Lite. And yes, I'm content. I don't really feel any need to buy a DSi. I would only buy one if:
a) My DS Lite broke for some reason (unlikely)
b) They come out with some cool DSi ware games or announce a virtual console (also unlikely)

But hey, you never know.

I'm content with my DS Lite. I really don't need a camera or a different color. Also, I don't need to spend the extra money.

I don't feel the need to upgrade from my Lite. I may, however, purchase the DSi for my girl at some stage.

Not for me, you understand. Nope, no curiosity in play there. Honest.

I wont upgrade to DSi until they have enough new and diffrent worthwhile games. For example if they come out with a new Metroid in a Super-Metroid style id definately be interested but not enough, they would have to have that and a bunch of other games that I really want to play. The PS3 has only recently passed that threshold of enough games that interest me.

I have an original launch DS and will be getting a DSi.  I was able to resist getting a Lite, but now it's time for an upgrade.

So i guess instead of spending the extra 40 bucks i'll just buy games?

My cuz bought the DSi and I played around with it and thought...Hmm that's a waste of money. So I'm happy with my DS lite. As for someone who has an original DS. Yes you should upgrade haha

I dont feel that i have to pay for a system that only new things are a camera and downloadable games that are meh. And when there is no gba slot, it makes the purchase worse

I haven't purchased a DSi yet, because I still have a lot of GBA cartridges that I play occasionally.

I'm thinking about getting a DSI for Christmas since my old first generation DS doesn't work half the time and my DS Lite got stolen. Somethings bound to happen to it if I get it judging by the last 2.

Dude, one sole thread would have been sufficient, there's no need to create three threads to discover whether you should get a DS or DSi.

I have a DSi and am very hapopy with my purchase.

I'm fine with my DS Lite.  The DSi doesn't have enough to make me go out and buy one.

i have a ds lite but im still arguing over whether to upgrade or not  i might it if they make dsi only games that i think look fun 

I bought a DSi and I admit to looking at porn on its shitty browser.  That's about the only thing I've done on it that I couldn't do on a Lite, so money well-spent I guess?
