So, let's say that...hypothetically...a developer I know gave me a hundred beta keys to give away this weekend for a very highly anticipated PC game. Besides keeping a few for myself and my friends, I would definitely want to give the majority out to Giant Bomb users. I'm looking for some ideas on how to do this easily.

Subscribers only? Random? First come, first served? Contest of some kind? Nothing too elaborate. Any ideas? Thanks everyone.

hm. That's a real quandary, @MB . In the spirit of just doing stupid stuff for the sake of doing stupid stuff, perhaps you could have a really inane contest? Perhaps have people submit Halloween-themed photoshops of Giant Bomb. Or something much more random.

You could also just suggest that praising your handsome, wise face will grant someone favor in your final perfect judgment. I don't know. I'm not as smart and good with the ladies as you are, boss.

Is it Sim City!? Give them all to me.

I'm probably leaning towards something like this...but I think it would annoy a ton of people having to try codes over and over until they found one that wasn't taken.

Yeah, make people pick a number, set a deadline, then run numbers through Random.org. Or something like that. I claim 42 right now, as I am going to be away most of the weekend, and I am really curious now...
