I'm really trying to get the hang of the whole PC specs thing, but it's so complicated:P I feel kinda stupid but anyway. I've been trying to find out if the video card I want to buy is compatible with my current motherboard. So i'll post the specs of both my motherboard(from my System Info) and my desired graphics card(from Newegg). If you guys could tell me if they are compatible that would be great. And if they aren't can you recommend a new motherboard to buy? Thanks for any help.

You need to make sure you have PCI Express slots.
If those are just normal PCI slots than it won't work.
    Won't even physically fit correctly.

Looks like it's an older MB that only supports PCI Express x1.
    See the difference above.

You also need to make sure you have a power supply that can not only handle the power requirements of that video card, but that has the appropriate connectors as well.

Yeah, you should upgrade your motherboard.  Even if you can get a newer videocard to run, you will run into bottlenecking issues.  It looks like you're due to do a motherboard/CPU/RAM upgrade. :(
