    Different video Thumbnails for Window 7?

    I'm wondering if there's anyway to change the way how Window 7 generate thumbnails for videos.

     It seems to always be using the 1st frame for every thumbnail.
    I downloaded the whole persona 4 ER and they all have the same thumbnail preview
