    I currently have a 1TB external drive partitioned into two sections. 750GB is used for movie/music backup and the other chunk is for backups of my Wii games.  With a USB splitter would I be able to have this drive hooked into my Wii and HTPC being able to access it with both? I know it probably wont work if both are trying to access it at the same time, but what if only one was being used at a time?
