Hey guys, I got a new laptop and I'm looking for games that are playable with only the keyboard.
All I've got so far are Trackmania nations and some rhythm games.
Does anyone know other games?

Oh, right. There are no games that are plazable with the kezboard, so I should get a DS ... wtf kind of answer is that?
" Oh, right. There are no games that are plazable with the kezboard, so I should get a DS ... wtf kind of answer is that? "A logical one, yo.
Not gonna lie, I posted a rather large paragraph, and my shoddy net never posted it.
In short, the old GTA games, 1 and 2.
Pause and play games are easy enough to play, like Dragon Age, Baldur's gate, Planescape and Icewind Dale, aswell as others.
Audiosurf and Altitude might be worth a look.
And hack and slash games aren't terrible with a mouse pad, I've played a few hours of diablo 2 using one so maybe go that route.

" In short, the old GTA games, 1 and 2. "Those games are totally free from Rockstar's site. Though, to be honest, only GTA2 is really worth the hard drive space.
" Have you got an xbox? Plug in that controller and have yourself a good time, mouse-free. "
while your at it just throw your laptop in the trash and just play the xbox
I don't actually like playing games on my laptop for this reason. But mostly I play games like Sim City 4000 and Civ 4 when on my laptop. Although I did do a run through of Portal just using the touchpad. Since the game doesn't rely too much on twitchy reactions, it's not bad playing without a real mouse.
And yeah, your Xbox controller (if you've got one) will work with quite a few games on the PC.
Spelunky?
Could check out some old emulator stuff.
Megadrive classics on steam, Braid maybe.
Edit: Bionic Commando Rearmed should work.
Also you could get a cheap usb controller. With Xpadder or JoyToKey it would make a decent mouse that doesn't need a surface to use.
You might consider trying out games like Diablo 2 or Torchlight. I used to play those on my laptop between classes on campus with my touchpad. It's more difficult than using a mouse, but once you get used to the keyboard shortcuts and stuff it's totally doable.
Man you people are assholes. All the OP wanted was some games they could play decently without a mouse. I can totally relate since, like I said, waiting on campus in a chair you don't have access to use a mouse. Either give the OP a legit answer or don't post asshole remarks just to get your post count higher.
" Altitude would work. Also, you can try a trackball, but those are kind of expensive. "Avoid those one finger mouse trackballs they suck for gaming.
