None really. I was really exited about Spore and bought it. Other than that, I haven't seen anything that doesn't look like the same generic shit I've been playing for years, to be honest. I'll buy them at some point, and I'll enjoy the fuck out of them, but I don't see any real reason to be hyped about them.
The PC version of GTA4 will be great, but I'm not super excited (I borrowed a friend's 360 to play it a while ago). Fallout 3 looks pretty good as well. More than anything at this point I think I'm most excited to see how Mirror's Edge turns out.

Think thats about all thats worth while buying for the rest of the year... New Prince of persia looks awfull in my opinion... Got spore and even tho its kind of entertaining, it really lacks something. GTA4 i'd like to play first before i buy it, because upto now, all GTA have sucked after GTA2, PLEASE BRING BACK TOP-DOWN VIEWS AGAIN DAMNIT!!!! Left 4 dead and dead space gameplay have yet to be desired, wont know about those 2 till after i play em.
