    Pelagius Septim III is a non playable character that appears in the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. Emperor Thoriz Pelagius Septim III also known as Pelagius the Mad, was the twelfth Emperor of Tamriel. During the events of the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, the Dragonborn entered Pelagius' mind where the Daedric Prince Sheoggorath bid him to cure him of his madness if he wants out.
