It appears yes, Atlus does in fact have the best localization team. Also congratulations to Hiimdaisy.

The Best Localization Team?

The only thing that bothers me playing the English version of P4G is the fact that they keep -san
You mean Mr. Adachi would sound more natural? Besides, it's not like the game is shy about telling you how Japanese it is, what with the -kuns and -chans and -sempais.
(And while I'm here: do you get to celebrate birthdays in Persona 4? I mean, birthdays might not be that important in Japan, but I doubt it, what with the gift-giving love Japan has.)
There's not enough localization in the world to make Adachi sound natural. Even if they got rid of this stuff, they're not fooling anybody, there's no way this game could've fallen out of anywhere else but Japan. I mean, look at how excited they get over watermelon... spoiler.@Bocam said:

I'm talking about how they have Yosuke call Yukiko, "Yukiko-san." They even add in sans where there weren't any in the the Japanese version.@Bocam said:

OK, wow, that is strange. (It's also strange that you say that like I'd know about it when we both know there's no way I would.)
I love all the stupid -san stuff because its so dumb.
I wish P4:G was on anything other than the Vita. I love P4 but I am not buying a Vita just for one game.
Ok great. Fuck you, OP. it's your fault I'm buying a Vita just for this game. That made me realize how badly I want to play this game.
I'm just going to keep telling myself my PS2 copy will do just fine.
If I keep saying it it will come true, right? Three times and I'm all right?
Holy crap, I was never too conscious of honorifics in localizations being a big deal until now. I wasn't even that cognizant of them in the first place.
But I totally need to pick up my copy of P4G right away. I should've reserved it at the GameStop I can just walk to as opposed to miles away from my house.
Is this referencing the Endurance Run because I can't quite remember? Or is it just referencing the image above it? Or both?
