Edit: Seems to be faulty hardware - issue has spread to other games and persisted despite a factory reset of the PS4

Is anyone else having the game crash? I'm barely anyways into the game (just off the subway), and it's crashed four times so far:

• Start of the second "battle" (as the new enemies warp in)
• Just after getting into the first dungeon area
• During the train cutscene (after it cuts to MC near a car at night)
• Whilst walking around the first major area after the subway

First two were pre game/system patches, but the second two were after all patches were installed. Any ideas?
