Thank you! That's what I've been trying to say. It seems they'd rather alienate every one of their customers by making them find a work-around besides actually trying to fix the problem themselves.

Also, I'm glad I went with inFamous and Dead Nation and not inFamous and LittleBigPlanet. I would imagine it would be next week before both of those games finished downloading.

I'm actually pretty glad they waited a day to release the Welcome Back Program because I downloaded a good number of things yesterday and I'd be pretty pissed if I couldn't play Wizardry or use my costumes in SSF4 :p

I'm in the same situation as most people in here though. I managed to download the PSN+ but could not get the first PS3 game which would have been Dead Nation. It just kept telling me that the content wasn't available or it gave me an error code. After constantly trying to download I was kicked out of the store and I can't get back in lol. No love lost here though, I'll just wait until later today and play Wizardry in the meantime.

Yes, I'm getting it too in Canada. Getting it when I try to access the store, and when I try to access account management.

I'm just going to give it a day or two, I think. Kind of insane that Sony didn't prepare themselves for the level of traffic they had to know they'd be getting. And now their paying customers can't even access to store to buy other stuff, haha.
