There appears to be a lot of references and hidden humour in Poker Night at the Inventory. Here's a thread where you can ask about those you don't get!
 
Personally, I'd like to know what Tycho is talking about when he says:

• "I wouldn't classify folding as balla behaviour."
• "B-b-b-b-balla!"
  

Balla as in baller as in good basket ball player, but also inferred to mean cool person in general? I think.
