    When deployed, the Power Drain emits a glaringly bright field of blue energy. This radiating cloud deactivates the shields of anyone within its radius. Also, it briefly stalls any vehicles in the area.
    Notably, the Power Drain functions much like a real-world phenomenon, the Electromagnetic Pulse or EMP, which also causes the deactivation of electronics.
