yep, the popcorn hour is the one that brad was talking about. they have a few different models, so look them up and see what suits you the best.
i've been using a cheapo western digital wd-tv (around $100), and it works great for what i need it for. i've got 2TB drives hooked into it both full of dvd isos and 1080p bluray .mkv files. only thing i don't like about it is that it doesn't decode dts audio, and it's non networkable.
definitely look into popcorn hour though. it's an excellent piece of hardware.
hmmm....we have a lot of nazi memorabilia in the family like hitler youth knives and such. i own tons of late 1800's early 1900's us bills/coins. i own a ton of extremely rare mid 90's death metal tshirts worth way more than what they should be (i recently got nearly $200 for one of them).
rarest thing is probably a roman coin from around 500 b.c.
i work by myself a lot so i get a lot of time to listen to podcasts.
giant bombcast (obviously...) idle thumbs listen up retronauts (not as good since the split, but it's still top notch) rebel fm player one gamers with job conference call a life well wasted one life left joystiq out of the game geekbox bitmob retro gaming roundup (motherfucking 5 hour podcasts full of awesome!)
i know i'm forgetting some, but i highly recommend any of these. most have really good production values, and are good at keeping it interesting.
