Could be anything. A baseball card, a game, anything.
Mine is a Mickey Mantle card in perfect condition and have had it for like 3 years now.
What's the rarest item in your possesion?
" @slayerofheroes said:Don't know. I haven't checked the value yet. But it's not old enough to be too valuable. In time it will." Could be anything. A baseball card, a game, anything. Mine is a Mickey Mantle card in perfect condition and have had it for like 3 years now. "How much is that worth? "
This isn't so much rare, but my grandfather passed down to me his Civil War Rifle. I imagine it is worth quite a bit (though I'd never part with it).
I have a modestly sized coin collection, mostly American, though I do not know where a few of them have come from and I like to entertain the idea that they're worth a lot more than they probably are.
My dad also has a German sidearm (manufactured in Belgium in WW2) with the Nazi Eagle stamped all over it. He got it from his father, who served in the war and brought that gun home. That I know for a fact is worth a lot of money and several prospective buyers have approached my dad. But again, he'd never sell something as important to the family history as that.
" @The_Bumble said:I have Spider sense.... I win." I have uncommon sense, that's more rare. "Well I have rare sense! WHAT NOW "
I have a terrifyingly large silver Victorian coin, nearly mint condition. No idea how much it's worth or how rare it is, but it's all kinds of old.
I also have the Charizard Pokemon card.
I have some Krugerrands from South Africa that my uncle left to me after he passed away. It was kind of a big deal because they weren't allowed to be imported at the time due to apartheid. I don't think they are as rare now as they used to be, but they are still one of the rarest things I own.

"Dude, of course that Civil War rifle is rare. It's an antique and obvioulsy no longer in production. And obvioulsy that German sidearm is as well. I really don't know anything about coins. lol.
I will give a cookie to anyone that can find information about this game. The only game database I've seen that even has a page for it is IGN, but no information there either. http://pc.ign.com/objects/854/854118.html
My working Atari Jaguar with Doom and AvP or maybe the boxed Odyssey based pong console, which is a just a scaled down magnavox with pong built in, Oh yes and an old Ian Rush "shiner" which anyone from the UK who collected the old football sticker albums will know, down my neck of the woods getting Ian Rush pretty much made you the coolest kid on the playground
I'm torn between picking my fully functional Atari Lynx - with a son-of-a-bunch of games - and a game I made.
My game is obviously more rare, because only a few people have seen it and I'm the only one who have played it.
It's called "The Grand Adventures of Pluton and Freb"... that's pretty rare, right?
*I know, I'm a huge nerd*
I've got the original tins for the Fullmetal Alchemist series signed by members of the cast.
I've also got a signed Shin Soo-Choo bat, and if he keeps playing the way he did this year it'll be worth something, but it won't really be meaningful for quite a while.
Maybe my Ken Griffey shoes are rarer...
I have Matt K. Heafy's Signature Dean guitar that I bought from the Dean Company before they discontinued them. Matt K. Heafy is from the thrash metal band Trivium.
I own a mint condition NES. I bought it a few months ago for $160 dollars. What was great about it was that it had NEVER been opened until I bought it. It's pretty much brand new.
Also, my Japanese copy of The Ooze is extremely rare. It also has one of the worst covers in gaming history (but in a so-bad-it's-amazing kind of way).
