Wtf. They added some new ultras and some characters get new moves but that's it. This isn't Killer Instinct. Street Fighter IV is just as much mind games and pokes as it is slick combos and executions.
It's more than likely that there was already going to be an arcade release. Ono just wanted to get everyone pissed so when he announces it he'll seem like a hero.
@Stang: There's always one player who is good with a low tier character. Sabre with Sakura, Tatsu with Vega, etc. Regardless, Guile is still a garbage character in vanilla who has extremely limited ways to combo into his ultra. One player is great with him doesn't prove much, since he has to work that much harder to beat the higher tier characters like Sagat, Ryu, and Akuma. Guile needs a huge buff that's for damn sure.
