Definitely have Still Wakes the Deep on my list as well. I think my most anticipated are Avowed, Like A Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Songs of Conquest 1.0 release, and The Wandering Tower (aka Project Belfry). Hades II also up there but that feels kind of like a gimme, plus it's early access.
I knew 1998 was loaded, but seeing it laid out like that was even more stark. Honestly, I hope there's a Bombcast Revengeance episode where they do Eurovision voting for '98. Jan filibuster for FF Tactics!
Glad Sea of Stars made the list! That's one that I feel this site really missed out on. If I could skip the first half hour, I would start another playthrough immediately.
Had no idea the extent to which Forza prioritized accessibility. Really cool, definitely hope it becomes a standard in the industry. Everyone should be able to play the Forza Horizon games, those are a delight.
It's unfair how well written that preamble is. Feels like there's never been a year more stark in how opposed the artistic and corporate forces are in the games industry. Hopefully things improve next year, regardless of the odds.
Against the Storm has also absolutely captured my attention recently. Never has futility been so fun!
