Now that i'll probably be spending most of my time playing Skyrim, and not Oblivion, I thought of making a little video tribute for Oblivion as a way of saying goodbye

Level scaling killed Oblivion, like video killed the radio star.

I dunno, I thought mods made it fine. With Vanilla Oblivion, though, I'm with you.

i'm playing through oblivion for the first time on xbox and am enjoying it besides the crappy framerate and draw distance. 
 
then i'm gonna play morrowind with hella mods, and then i'm gonna play oblivion on PC with hella mods,  then i'm gonna play nehrim.  AND THEN, i will play skyrim on pc.

I played it on 360, and to me, it seems this game is unplayable without mods. As much as I wanted to like it, I just couldn't.

Nice! Been playing Oblivion for the first time the last couple of weeks because a friend of mine got me super hyped for Skyrim, and despite the aged graphics and tacky UI it's amazing how open and full of content and choice it is. It might not have the production values of a linear game but I've already fallen in love with Cyrodill so this vid warmed my heart.

Also the first time I've enjoyed a Coldplay song since Parachutes dropped.

People will still be playing Daggerfall as well, wonder if they fixed all those bugs yet...
