It's from the Avengers arcade game, when a player character dies. Looking it up apparently the line is actually "I can't lose!" but most people mishear it as "move" because of the muddy sample.

I bought that Gauntlet game when it came out, and everything about it was great except for the part where it was a Gauntlet game so it played like a Gauntlet game so it was trash. That's on me though, for buying a Gauntlet game.
